A Prayer-a-Day

Dear G--D

Thank you for sending me a teacher who shared some wisdom with me; that "true success is measured by our proximity to God." My relationship to you is through speech, and I always feel the difference in my being---it changes my nature, and it helps me to feel more beautiful. I pray that Benji's soul is safe with you, and I ask that you give his family the strength to carry on in his honor. Please let him know that I say happy birthday. 

Please take my troubled and fearful thoughts in the midst of a messy day. Help me to locate my inner calm, and trust that everything is ok in your presence, and that my innermost being is rooted and grounded in eternity. 

Help us to remember that you are nearer that we may think. Encourage us to be blessed by your intimate nearness every day. Help us to be brave and resilient to the forces that oppose you. Remind us that you live in us, and through us, and that your light shines bright into the darkness. 

Remind us that we have nothing to fear, because you have cleansed us by your blood, and clothed us in your righteousness. 

Please change me so my words do not damage others or myself. Remind me that my words have power, and help me use them to lift people up. Help me to express gratitude and take not for granted what I have. Thank you for my best friend, and thank you for my partner. Thank you for the time to reconnect with the best part of me, and that is knowing my connection to you. Please guide me on my journey. Help me to share your light with others. Please be with me in my writing. Amen! 

"Make my thoughts match your thoughts, make my eyes see what you see, make my mouth speak the words you want me to say. Open my heart to love all people the way you love them. Make my body a vessel and a tool to complete the mission for which I came. Only from your light can I give wisdom and understanding, and only through your light can miracles and wonders occur." 

I pray that you restore all who are suffering in body, mind, and spirit. Removing everything from our consciousness that isn't in perfect alignment with your loving plan for us. 

Please support me in continued prayer, remind me to bring you into my daily life, and please help me to be more disciplined with my time. Support me with my clients to channel the greatest light, working in their best interest, towards your unconditional love and healing. Help me to feel worthy, and expand my vessle to hold the light you wish to pour into me. 

Thank you for my blessings. Thank you for the love and support of my partner. Please come into our relationship and see that it brings us closer to you, and that together, we bring more light and beauty to this world.
